What we collect

We process parent account details, child profile settings supplied by a parent, registered devices and figurines, purchases, support messages, and play-session events. Audio or generated-story content is processed only when a feature requires it.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide and secure the service, personalize age-appropriate stories, synchronize content to a registered board, fulfill orders, answer support requests, and improve reliability.

Children's data

A parent or guardian controls child profiles. We do not ask children to create accounts or provide contact details. Parents can review and manage profiles and session history through the parent portal.

Service providers and retention

We use contracted hosting, authentication, commerce, storage, monitoring, and AI providers only to deliver the service. Data is retained for the configured service period or as required for orders, security, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices and rights
