How do I set up my fAIry Board?▼

Setting up your fAIry Board is easy! Simply:

  1. Unbox your fAIry Board and plug it in using the included power adapter
  2. Download the fAIry App from the App Store or Google Play
  3. Follow the in-app instructions to connect via WiFi
  4. Place a figurine on the board and watch the magic happen!
Do I need WiFi for the fAIry Board to work?▼

The fAIry Board works best with WiFi for AI-powered stories and real-time narration. However, pre-downloaded stories and certain features work offline too! We're always improving offline capabilities.

What age is fAIry appropriate for?▼

fAIry is designed for children ages 3-10, with content that automatically adjusts to your child's age. Younger children enjoy simpler stories and songs, while older children can explore more complex adventures and educational quizzes.

Can I create my own figurines?▼

Yes! With the Story Designer in our app, you can create custom figurines from photos. Turn family members, pets, or anything into a magical story character. Your photos are processed securely and never stored on our servers.

What languages does fAIry support?▼

fAIry currently supports English, German, Spanish, French, and more languages are being added regularly. You can change the language in the Parent App settings, and stories will be narrated in your chosen language.

How do I clean my figurines?▼

Our figurines are made with child-safe, durable materials. Simply wipe them with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging them in water as the RFID tag inside should stay dry. The fAIry Board surface can be cleaned the same way.
