Returns Policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Products should be complete and returned with their accessories and, where reasonably possible, their original packaging. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Faulty or damaged products

Contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged, or different from what was ordered. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.
