Availability and charges

Available delivery regions, shipping methods, taxes, and charges are calculated from the delivery address and shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch and tracking

The order confirmation includes the expected dispatch or delivery window. When tracking is available, we send it to the email address on the order.

Delays and damaged deliveries

Carrier or customs delays can occur. If a parcel is late, lost, incomplete, or arrives damaged, contact support@fairy.toys with the order number and photographs where relevant.
